The Howdy Doody Memorial Trophy donated by Lori and Hoppy
Montgomery and Tom and Deby Cochran in memory of the wonderful and
special donkey Howdy Doody loved and owned by Jimmy Beane.
Howdy passed away due to cancer this past spring at 18 years old.
The Howdy Doody Memorial will be awarded each year to the NASMA
National Champion Pleasure Driving Donkey at The Great Celebration in
Shelbyville.
